    Greater than 99.9%.

  • Flexibility

    Excellent processes means less flexibility.

    Often one of the more costly carriers.

Virgin

Virgin boast two leased line products. Dedicated Internet Access (Lite) offers up to 50 Mbps connectivity and Dedicated Internet Access (Configurable) offers multi-gigabit up to 5Gbps.

  • Cost

    Competitive pricing.

  • Faults

    Faults are rectified within 6 hours (DIA).

  • Flexible

    Able to break process for non-standard.

  • Excess

    Excess construction fees are common.

  • Lead Time

    Long lead times, usually delayed.

Vodafone

Dedicated Internet Access and Ethernet Access are Vodafones two leased line products. Much of the Vodafone network is from the Cable & Wireless acquisition leased line providers.

  • Scalable

    Dedicated Internet Access offers 10Mbps to 10Gbps of fast internet.

  • Flexible

    Ethernet Access is applicable to multi-site networks.

  • Support

    There is a poor support system.

  • Lead Time

    Delivery of the fibre could exceed 100 working days.

SSE

SSEs leased line service is Extreme Internet Access which offers 100 Mbps to 10Gbps of instant communication. Optical connectivity up to 100Gbps.

    Lead time of 55 working days.

  • High Capacity

    Extensive product portfolio for very high capacity services.

  • Variable

    Variable pricing could make the original quote for the fibre unreliable.

TalkTalk

TalkTalk boast three ethernet access solutions: Ethernet Access Direct, EFM Internet access and EoFTTC.

    Very competitive pricing.

  • Lead Time

    Lead time is, on average, 65 working days.

  • Fault Fix

    TalkTalk has a 5-hour fault fix time

  • High Maintenance
